REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION

Early Registration (until February 28, 2020)                       : 750 EUR
Late Registration (from February 29 to June 25, 2020      : 1.250 EUR

The course fee covers;
– Educational materials,
– All meals for two days (two times coffee break with cookies and one lunch each days),
– USB memory stick with course educational presentation,
– Course certificate,
– 18 % VAT and taxes.

Confirmation, Cancellation and Refunds
• Please note that registrations can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed online registration form from web site http://www.iliversociety.org/ and full payment.
• Registration must be postmarked no later than February 28, 2020 to qualify for discounted fees.
• All cancellation must be made by sending an e-mail to the address organization@iliversociety.org
• For all notifications of cancellation, please make a reference to a bank account, including the Swift Code, where a possible refund may be remitted less bank charges. In case when a booking cancellation is requested, cancellation fee will be charged according to the following schedule:

*Handling Fee: 50 € for per person (VAT is included)
• Cancellation received after these dates is not a subject to any refund.
• All refunds, if any, will be processed after the Meeting.

Hotel Park Dedeman Levent

According to scientific program hours (before and after the scientific program), the roundtrip transfer service between Park Dedeman Hotel to The Seed and The Seed to Park Dedeman Hotel on June 26 and June 27, 2020 days will be provided for participants who received the accommodation service from Serenas Group (Official Agent) together with below accommodation fees.

Accommodation Fees in Dedeman Park Hotel
Single or Double Room          : 175 EUR

The given fees include one-night accommodation and services as explained below:
– The room rates are in Euro (€) on bed and breakfast accommodation basis.
– Service charge and 8% VAT are included to the accommodation fees.
– Serenas Group (Official Course Secretariat) Shuttle Service (from / to between Course Venue & The Seed in June 26 and 27 days).
– Nonsmoking rooms are available.
– No refunds will be made for no-shows.

Confirmation, Cancellations and Refunds
• Payments can be conducted either by bank transfer or credit card.
• Reservation should be made before March 1, 2020 reservation after this date shall be a subject to availability.
• Cancellations should be made only in a written form and forwarded to organization@iliversociety.org
• If received by March 1, 2020 the payment will be refunded in full,
• If received between March 2, 2020 and May 27, 2020 50% of the fee will be refunded,
• If received later than May 27, 2020 there will be no refund.
• All rates are subject to amendments without prior notice.
• Name change will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the Course.
• Changes in arrival or departure dates will be accepted with no extra charge, and are a subject to availability of rooms, up to 72 hours before the confirmed date of arrival. If notification of a delayed arrival date is received less than 72 hours before the previously confirmed date of arrival, one night’s fee will be charged.

The two-way transfers (İstanbul Airport – Dedeman Park Hotel and Dedeman Park Hotel- İstanbul Airport) of the participants who informed Serenas Group about on the details of their transfers shall be made at a cost of 150 € in between of November 25, 26 and 27, 2020 days, per person.  The 18 % VAT is included to the transfer fee.

Payments shall be made in Euro (€) No other currencies shall be accepted.
Payments can be made with credit cards (master card or visa) or through bank transfer.
